I filled out a contact form on their website and mistakenly answered incorrectly to a question regarding "criminal background". The owner responded inquiring about my background, I immediately advised her that I made a mistake answering that question. She than followed up by I asking "Do you have first, last and security plus pets fees available as your move-in funds? Can you provide your 3 most recent pay stubs? What is your current credit score?" Due to the fact that I am searching several different properties I was not able to answer that question because I wasn't sure if she was talking about a specific property. Soon after, she emailed me stating "I've asked you a series of questions that you've been unable or unwilling to answer. Based on this we won't be able to assist you with your rental search."
I couldn't understand how a small misunderstanding turned to a professional telling me that they will not be helping me any further. I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding but she told begin to speak to me very unprofessionally and went so far as to say that "I need professional help" and "I'm foolish". When I advised her that I will be posting a review about her bad customer service & unprofessionalism, she threaten me with her lawyers, that was definitely funny. I had to remind her that she must remember that she deals with the public and the public is what pays her.

What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner worked in the industry for over ten years in property management, apartment leasing, then as a Realtor. She gained her experience and skills by working for one of the largest most successful Real Estate Developer in Maryland and was tasked with assisting in the lease up of several large luxury apartment communities where she successfully managed.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a team collectively pooled our skills and experiences with a background and a previous owner of a Construction Remodeling company, working for Fortune 500 company, in property leasing, management and sales, working for the Federal Government and State Government, conducting research and analysis in the housing industry, gives us an edge in knowing the real estate market, what consumers are seeking. We make it our business to keep abreast of new technology, attend seminars, conventions and webinars so we know what is taking place in the industry and so that we can offer the best services. We are out in the communities to observe and be close to all of the changes. We also are in contact with the community leaders and organizations to understand the community needs and the progress being made for the members of the various areas and districts. We believe that when businesses prosper so does communities. Our motto is "Building Stronger Communities thru Partnerships"
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One at this time, our plan is to expand into other areas in Central Florida within the next year.
Which areas do you service?
Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Broker, and her Executive Assistant who is responsible for the daily operations of the business.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to noon or by appointment Closed on Sunday
