Keith Braude, the owner, is a liar and a thief! I was a long time Service Cold Storage (SCS) customer and at the same time SCS was being sold to Keith Braude I had informed the SCS office that I was in the hospital for emergency open heart surgery. Within 2 weeks I stopped by the SCS office to be told by Keith “he was not sure of my inventory and he would call me the next day.” When I received no call, I called Keith and he told me “my inventory and equipment had been sold off and I was not allowed on the property.” I know for a fact months later he was still trying to sell off my equipment and inventory easily valued at over $12,000. I wish I could have afforded a lawyer to make Keith Braude pay for his illegal actions. He took advantage of a man going through a major health crises. Now that My business is getting back on track the cold storage needs for 50 containers a year are going elsewhere. Under Keith Braude’s management, Service Cold Storage has rapidly obtained a bad reputation throughout the cold storage warehouse industry.
