What is your primary product or service?
We handle all aspects of restoring damaged car bodies to like-new condition.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked in this industry my entire life. Most of the men in my family are in the auto body repair business; I learned from the older ones, beginning when I was just a youngster.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in our workmanship and pleasing the customer. Some of our customers have been with us for twenty years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. It's in Oakland Park, Florida. We're just north of Fort Lauderdale and south of Pompano Beach. We have no plans to open a second facility.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From I-95, take the East Commercial Boulevard exit and head east. Proceed east to the intersection with Dixie Highway, where you will turn right, which will face you southward. Drive about a half-mile south to the first traffic signal. That's 45th Street. Turn right, which will face you westward. Drive about a half-mile west until the road bends left. Look for our shop on the right hand side of the road.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, cash, and payment by insurance company cheque.
Which areas do you service?
We service most of Broward County, Florida.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do: Herman Cunha.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I'm always flattered when an old customer brings us new work to do -- either on their car or a friend's.
